Returns We accept returns on unused items in original, unopened packaging within
30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us via our
contact page or email us directly. We'll provide a return authorization and instructions for sending the item back.
Defective or Incorrect Products If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review your claim and, if verified, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Please retain all original packaging when contacting us about a defective item.
Non-Returnable Items Certain items may not be eligible for return due to their nature (e.g., consumables, perishables, or items marked final sale). These will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled before they are fulfilled or dispatched for delivery. Once an order has been marked as fulfilled or is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via our contact page or call us directly.
Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Store credits are applied immediately to your account and can be used on your next order.
Delivery Issues If your delivery order does not arrive within the estimated window, or arrives with items missing, please contact us within 24 hours. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly. IndigoGreen is not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
